The location here is truly amazing and beautiful, right by the market. 🌴 My room was super clean with a lovely view of the garden. Having a nice shower and plenty of fresh towels was a great bonus!

Exceptionally comfortable beds, a refrigerator, a sitting area, and a writing desk in the room. Superfriendly staff on reception and elsewhere. Amazing and particularly good location, right at Zicazteca😃😃

We had a delightful stay with Casa Bigu. The location was perfect, just a short walk from the beach and surrounded by great food and drink options. The staff went out of their way to ensure our comfort and enjoyment. The sustainable water heating system meant the hot water wasn't always steaming, but that's a small price to pay for eco-consciousness. I highly recommend this affordable and friendly place for a great stay in a fantastic location.

The helpful lady ensured my safety, waiting for the cab. Good price, friendly staff, and clean room. The almost new air conditioner worked well for the humid June weather. Convenient location near quality restaurants. Awesome hosts, with great local recommendations and even shared meals. Property was secure and rooms cleaned daily. Felt like family after a 22-night stay.

The staff were super friendly and went above and beyond to ensure our comfort. The beds were incredibly comfortable with separate beds, fans, and plenty of towels for each guest. The internet was strong, reaching our room seamlessly, and we loved the availability of board games in the lobby area. The location was perfect, just a short walk to the beach and surrounded by amazing food and drink options. We were sad to leave!

The staff were very friendly and helpful, always going out of their way to assist with any needs. the rooms were cleaned daily and the property felt secure. the location was fantastic, being within walking distance of several quality restaurants and the beach.

The hotel was undergoing construction during my stay which made it quite noisy during the day. the Wi-Fi connection was very poor, making it difficult to stay connected.

I recently stayed at Hotel Bigu for a week-long vacation and it was fantastic. The location was perfect, close to the beach yet peaceful and away from the main street. The hosts were incredibly sweet and accommodating, making us feel welcomed throughout our stay. The rooms were clean and comfortable, with great AC and a convenient mini fridge. The small pool was a refreshing bonus after a day at the beach. I highly recommend this hotel.

The breakfasts offered at the hotel were reasonably priced and delicious. the proprietor, Estrella, was extremely helpful and went out of her way to organize a taxi for me during the early morning hours. the daily cleaning service was impeccable and the seating area in the shade with the small plunge pool was a pleasant place to relax. the hotel's location was ideal, with plenty of restaurants and bars close by, and easy access to the highway for transportation to the market or other attractions.

the exterior gate lock was challenging to use, especially late at night, and it would have been helpful to have more storage space in the bathroom and in the room for clothes and toiletries.

Clean rooms, helpful owner, daily cleaning, pleasant seating area, small pool. Reasonable cost breakfasts available. Close to beach, restaurants, and bars. Highway nearby for easy transportation. Good value. Large, comfortable bed. Quiet neighborhood. Refreshing AC. Mini fridge in rooms. Enjoyable stay, would return.
